Welcome to our wonderful house that we have made our home over the past 4 years. Everything about our home you will find cozy and convenient. We have a great backyard you can enjoy while relaxing underneath the pergola on our patio.  The yard is big enough for pets, children to have enough room to run around and explore, or throw a backyard get together with friends. Do you like to grill? There is a great natural gas quick connection waiting to be hooked up to your grill and impress your eaters with never running out of fuel.

If you choose to venture out from our quiet, dead-end street; then you can take a short walk on the nature trail that brings you to the grocery store, beverage center, dining, or Westland Hills Park (and dog park). This location is center to everything you could need. There are multiple parks nearby, only a few minutes worth of driving away, we are close enough to the different colleges of Albany for an easy commute but without sacrificing privacy, and enough restaurants to satisfy any craving you can think of.  

But why leave the neighborhood? We are in an area that will allow you to develop relationships with your neighbors as you safely run, bike, or walk your dog. Every year, Van Buren Street also holds a summer BBQ and it couldn’t be a more welcoming atmosphere. Our wonderful street consists of lovely families that have been here for years, or decades, along with some newer additions looking for a nice place to start or raise a family.
